If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights over your personal information. This page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
SceneFeed does not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have no advertising partners or data brokers. The data you provide is used solely to operate the SceneFeed service.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. If our practices change, we will update this page and notify you in-app before any such use begins.
In the app: Open Settings → Account → Download My Data to export your data, or Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
By email: Send your request to privacy@scenefeed.app. We will verify your identity before processing the request and respond within 45 days (extendable by a further 45 days with notice).
You may also authorize an agent to submit requests on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and verify your identity directly.
Under CPRA, date of birth is considered sensitive personal information. We collect it once during account creation to confirm you meet our 13+ minimum age requirement. After verification the date is stored in an access-controlled table that only you can read. It is never displayed on your profile or shared with other users.
For privacy-related questions or to submit a request, email privacy@scenefeed.app.
