Filing a Takedown Notice

To file a notice, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (with enough detail to locate it, e.g., a URL).
• Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which SceneFeed may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy

SceneFeed implements a "three-strikes" policy. Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices will be permanently terminated.
